Most people often argue that children should be taught at primary school as opposed to learning in secondary school. In my view, it is more advantageous to study another language in high school.
Firstly, Learning a language can be difficult, and young children in primary school learning it can develop stress , learning difficult a language whist dealing with the original school would be harder task many young children cannot take up on. Secondly, learning a foreign language can be more problematic as children would have to travel to other learning centers, ending up on a completely new place, forcing them to adapt to a new area, which the majority of children failed to do. Consequently, failing to connect friends from regular grade school.
Most of the youth in high school learning new languages can adapt, as children get older, they gain ability to comprehend knowledge grows stronger everyday. As a result, dealing the demanding task of studying a new language can be easier. In addition, after learned a new language, they can experience the opportunity of studying abroad. For instance, a statistic from the Harvard university shows that most of the students studying can speak more than two languages. Furthermore, having an ability to speak another foreign language can prove its worth, as they can provide work opportunities, such as working as a translator. For example, most of the surveys taken from people with jobs regarding translation succeed in earning money and work without stress.
To conclude, i think it is better to study a language in higher education since it brings opportunities in life, but there are some disadvantages that should not be overlooked.
