Overall, some individuals work one job throughout their lives, while others prefer to work for different establishments. In my view, these statements are both correct, so I agree with this full statement.
To begin with, some individuals work for one job during their life. The first thing on this side of the statement is that people become more skilled and have numerous experiences with biased professionals because of long-term working without anything to distract. So, they are as many as to collect information and knowledge that is useful for themselves due to working for a long period. For instance, if someone repeats something of the spent of a lot of time, like their life period, he can almost do that thing without seeing. However, I also think that other people believe that working in different organizations is good because people work at many branches with the result that they become more versatile and knowledgeable. For example, if man works between different companies from sector to sector, he will meet dissimilar people with different skills and experiences, and their knowledge will be exchanged between others; therefore, their range will expand.
Second, one-sided employees have few opportunities to interact with others, so they cannot expand their social circle and become bored with the people they work with. In other words, a person who gets bored with easy things can’t work one job long-term. But on the other side, when employees leave their industry and start another job, they start almost from scratch, and it is difficult to increase their success. In addition, who can’t work cooperates with many people, making it difficult to adapt in these situations.
In conclusion, some individuals work for one job during their life, whereas retainers prefer to work for different establishments. I think that situations are correct because someone needs to identify his personality, whether sociable or not.
