In today’s rapidly evolving world, the topic of governments should emphasize on domestic matters or global problems have become increasingly controversial in recent years. Some people believed that government should focus more on domestic matter, while others argue that solving global problems is more necessary. In my opinion, governments should emphasize more on domestic issues compared to global issues and I personally agree with this statement.
First and foremost, there is no denying that nowadays global problems are being an important part of the most discussions. It is also worth mentioning that global issues has become increasingly popular among many countries. Global problems involving lack of fresh water, excessive increasing of population, climate changes, pollution of air, lack of enough food and lack of living standards. This can enhance of poor quality and poverty society. In some countries, lack of enough food has increasingly controversial, because, now many people suffer from starvation and poor living standards. A good example of this can be seen in Africa. In terms of pollution of fresh air and climate changes, they can lead to several negative effects for people’s health, namely bronchitis, blood pressure and heart disease through terrible atmosphere. In addition broke down quality of fresh water in this one.
In terms of domestic matters, it has also become increasingly controversial in some decades. Domestic issues involving lack of employment, poor living opportunities, lack of medical facilities, increasing of population and enhancing of crimes in a country. In this moment, some argue that governments should emphasize more on domestic issues, I personally agree with this viewpoint, because, each country should solve own problems. To illustrate this point, if countries focus more on they own issues for example enhancing of living opportunities, medical facilities, and ensuring with many workplaces. While enhancing of medical facilities can ensure of healthy population, good living opportunities and enough employment can help developing of a country.
In conclusion, although it is true that global issues are more controversial over the world it must also be noted if each country emphasize more own problems, it can lead to several successes in the country. Even though global issues is more necessary, I completely support the former idea.
