It is widely debated that governments should care for household concerns, while others think that taking actions to tackle global problems is more advantageous. In my opinion, a balanced approach will benefit more to individuals.
On the one hand, the majority of population residing in rural areas face some severe challenges in their lives. Firstly, some fields have not adequately evolved, such as healthcare and the education system. This subsequently leads to some issues. For example, many patients may have difficulty securing quality healthcare and education, leading to a low degree of proficiency and poor well-being. Additionally, some individuals living in suburbs of a country may face issues with the provision of gas and electricity. This also has an immense, negative impact on residents, as people struggle to live in a house with insufficient warm temperature due to outages in gas and electricity.
On the other hand, addressing global issues also plays a pivotal role in promoting harmonious life in this world. Firstly, some underlying problems, like climate change and deforestation are truly the most severe ones that humanity is facing. This has some detrimental effects on people. For example, environmental degradation is the main concern caused by deforestation. Cutting trees negatively affects on our environment, resulting in a more harmful level of air pollution. Furthermore, another major issue is scarcity of clean water due to depletion of water resources. For instance, some people in Central Asia might struggle to find clean water as Aral sea has been depleting over the years.
In conclusion, although solving domestic problems like weak infrastructure is crucial. Addressing global problems such as climate change and deforestation is highly beneficial. Governments should try to steer clear of both domestic and global problems by implementing holistic approaches. Therefore, a balanced approach is preferable.
