It is argued whether it is significant to have a dream job or whether the salary is more crucial. Although having a well-paid job provides opportunities and right to choose, I believe that positive emotions and increasing efficiency from favorite work are more important.
From one perspective, having a huge income opens many doors. Nowadays everything depends on money and it is impossible to live without them as it used to be. For instance, if somebody want to move abroad for a constant living or a vacation, he will not be able to afford it with a lack of cash. Therefore, many people, who dreams about perfect live have to work on boring job for it. Moreover, many adults have hobbies or interests and it is difficult to attend them if individuals live in poverty. The freedom of choice is a privilege of wealthy people.
From other perspective, dream job supports emotional health and enhances productivity. Going to an unpleasant job every day can end in depression. Studies have proven that there is a growing number of people diagnosed with mental issues and all of the survey participants go to unwanted job. It is evident, that citizens have to work on their dream job in order to mitigate the number of sufferers. Also, adults who have an enjoyable work are more productive workers than others. For example, while you are getting satisfaction from your daily routine you become more motivated person in all fields of life. In Russian there is a saying “if a person treats work as a hobby, his life becomes easier” and it proves the above-mentioned facts.
In conclusion, I am totally sure that pleasure and a healthy mentality from suitable work overweight the freedom and salary for well-paid job.p
