It is argued that there should be some standards for clothing in the schools. I completely agree with this statement as it has some advantages in terms of social and psychological sides.
Firstly, as we know, individuals are distinct in the whole societies: some of them are elites, the others are poor. Our appearence shows exactly who we are and how good our financial circumstances are. However, if all the students wear uniforms that don’t differ from the others’, this range will be hidden. By this way, students who come from a poor family will not feel ashamed. For instance, there were 24 students in my class when I was a student, and we couldn’t define who is wealthy, or who is poor, because all of them were in the same clothes.
Furthermore, schools are the places which have an essential role to bring up children. For reaching this purpose there should be a strict environment there. Students have to know that they are not in an attraction center, they came here for being well-educated.
Psychological Investigations show that schools which carry out clothing standards, or dress-code are more successful in the sphere of education.
To sum up, I agree that there should be uniforms in schools as this idea gives more opportunities in terms of social and psychological advantages of its.
