A significant number of people think that working in a large company is important, while others believe that to work in a small company is better. This essay will discuss both views, along with my perspective.
To commence with, working in small company have many problems and a prominent one is reduces the chances of promotion. If a person work in those organization which have limited resources and they have not appeared in international competition then their career path lost the better way to grow because promotion is necessary to survive their life in better way. For example, a survey was conducted by an Indian lawmaker found that those individuals who preferred small industry to work do not have better lifestyle as compared to those who worked in a big company. Thus, it is important to avoid small company because they do not help people to grow in better way.
Moving towards the latter notion, there are many benefits of big organization and a predominent one is to get better chances to learning new skills. Some skills like interpersonal and communication skills is essential to deal with difficulities that people face in most businesses. For instances, it was a headline in the renowned newspaper ‘The Moscow Times’ reported that most of the people who work for a big company have many advantages as compared to those who work in a small industry. Therefore, it is paramount to work with large company to develop skills which is essential for success.
To conclude, although jobs in a small business does not provide better chances of promotions, I believe that working in a large industry can provide valueable skills which are essential for our success.
