The question of whether to deal with the higher education as a positive issue or not is worthy of debate.A few population trust that a college or university education should be open for whole learners.However others admit that higher education should be accessible just for talented learners.

To Begin with, some community admire by taking higher education anyone can show their capability of learning skills.For instance, in Japan from 1980 to 2000 taking of higher education is increased rapidly and those higher education takers show their skills in several job sectors.Therefore,by gaining extra education in college or university anyone can show their capability.But increaseing of higher education learner talented students do not get that much light.

Moreover,If higher education is available for all type of students then educated percentage will stand in a good stage.For example, countries like Africa, Korea are given of access for higher education from poor to rich student and from that they stand in a good stage of educated percentage rate.Thus, open higher education for all variety of students can be enhance education percentage rate.

To conclude,a few people trust that any learners can show capability after taking higher education because they can show their skills in different ways.While I argue that educated percentage will be stand in a good stage if higher education is access for all variety of students as those country will stand at a good position in educated percentage ranking.
