People have different view about behind the reason of students academic success. It is argued by some that quality tutor are initial for academic success however, others feel that it is hard working and commitment which are play a vital role in student success. I firmly believe that combination of both factors will lead a scholar to academic success and in the course of the essay I will discuss both the view point.
To begin with, a good teacher is like a magician, what I mean to say that is every student has potential which potential can be discovered by a teacher. A well trained and quality tutor who know how to make a lesson interesting as well as instructive. They are able to teach student so well that students don’t feel studying is boring rather than find it interesting and enjoyable which help them to prosper. A good illustration of that is a institute in Dhaka called “Victoria Academy” was used to poor performance in student academic exams, activities, sports and so on, but past year they decided to hunt quality teacher from all over the country and they got some good tutor for their Institute which increased their student academic success surprisingly.
on other hand, personal mindset and hardworking is equal important for doing well in academic.If a student is not determined and committed with his study he can’t do well in academic progress,It doesn’t matter how good his teacher is. A good example of this is that In Africa there are majority students are unprivileged still some of them become exemplary successful in study since they are extremely determined with their study.
In my point of view, although quality tutor are crucial even so mindset, atitute and hardworking are equally important for academic prosper.
To conclude, taking the above into account. It would be appear that both have significant impact regard prosper in academic success.
