Band 5+: Some people believe that employees should be paid based on their performance, while others think that a fixed salary is better for ensuring financial stability and fairness.

Opinions are divided whether larborers’ performance is criteria for their salary should be better than regular fixed payment . In my view, superior need to pay employees throught to their diligence and industriousness.

On one hand, those who believe that offering a predetermined salary for employees is best method have their own justifications. One of those reason is that, it’s ensuring financial stability and fairness. Employees are often required to work for the same amount of time, typically from 9 to 5, so a equity in their incomes is proporly necessary. Addionally, a comparable compensation is involved in their same level of commitment and there is no negatively impact because of significant disparities in salaries.

On the other hand, I hold my opinion that subordinates are entitled to receive compensation which convert by their performance. Even thought, there is no fairness and balance in all employees’ salary of the entire workforce, individuals who are more hard-working and conscientious should have an addiotional payment. That is, they are required to do a longer and multitude task than the others and their work should be rewarded deservedly. Moreover, proponents of performance-based pay motivates employees to excel. When workers know what are their earnings are directly based on their effort and results, they are likely to worker harder and strive for success which leads to advance progress of company.

In conclusion, in my perspective, the best approach depends on the nature of the work and the organizational goals. While fixed salary is ideal for a job requires collaboration and complicated for measure, performance-based is more suitable for those roles where individual contribution directly impacts outcomes. A hybrid system, combining both methods might offer the best way by ensuring financial stability but also encouraging high performance.

Foreign language learning should begin in primary school rather than in secondary school. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that foreign-language education should begin during primary school rather than being postponed until secondary education.
