Nowadays when technologies evolving day by day robots are replacing humans in the majority of work. While some people believe that intellectual robots ultimately take over most professions, others reckon it is highly improbable. This essay will discuss, why it is quite unlikely that menial jobs will be carried out by people.
It is possible that robots would replace human labor in workforces which is not related to human relationships. Employers prefer to invest in constructing robot workers because of their labor efficiency. If employers hire a human they will have to train them and pay a salary which is less profitable. For instance, nearly all developed countries have substituted easy jobs such as cashier, media jobs, etc. with robotic labor. Moreover, these automated workers can do the job around the clock and require no holiday or payment. For these reasons, robotic intelligence will increasingly replace employees.
I reckon most of us agree that nobody can crowd out employees from all professions. Human relationships can not be written as a code or program. It is something more than words or actions. These jobs include medicine, teaching, and psychology. Moreover, robots never be able to achieve the ability to feel sympathy. The human race has achieved this capacity from social evolution for hundreds of thousands of years.
This is more likely that robots will substitute all human employment. Simple jobs over time will taken over by AI. However, complicated jobs that require special social skills will always exist.
