Many people believe that artificially intelligent robots will replace most of the human jobs in the future. While jobs that are simple will be taken over by robots, but majority of the jobs which require human touch will not be substituted. This essay will discuss why most of the jobs will still be done by robots in the future.
Eventually menial jobs that doesnot require human skills will be replaced by artificially intelligent robots. This is because maintenance charges of robots is less expensive compared to hiring a human employee which will require many training sections and other factors like monthly salary. For example, many security guards in the malls are being replaced by robots, as this will ensure a high security check up and also can work continuously without any breaks and even doesnot require extra payment. For these reasons, most jobs will be taken over by robots eventually.
Conversely, there are many jobs that cannot be done by robots. This is because those jobs require special human skills. For example, jobs like nursing require compassion, care and consideration, which cannot be done by a robot. As a result Many jobs in the future will still be done by humans.
There is a growing belief that eventually most of the jobs will be taken over by robots replacing the human work force. Although, unskilled jobs will be carried out by robots, jobs requiring human touch will never be replaced. Ultimately, this leads to a narrow hope for human work force as only a few jobs will be done by artificially intelligent robots.
