On the one hand, there are several convincing attempts in support for the view that children should spend their tuition for university education. One main reason is that students can get plenty of opportunities not far in future, which means if they pay more attention to educational path, they can certainly experience more valuable lessons, get from becoming academic trusting and get more (knowledge) to complete their individuals. In addition, a country with various crimes will reduce considerably with the opening of universities. Some can be seen nowadays that in most nations that crime is an exist of the lack of job opportunities and employment. Therefore, the higher the colleges rise, the lower the crime rates are which could have a positive effect on tuition fee subsidies saving society.
On the other hand, students concentrating tuition fees on university school will bring more problems to students. At first, tuition fee is a significant burden for them to intend to put their footsteps in academic entrance. For example, some students in VietNam have to stop their study for employment to meet the need of family circumstances which means without any payments for them because of difficulties. That is the reason why they do not have abilities to involve in learning. Finally, the more students are under the pressure due to their university costs, the more they spend effort on their full efforts to look for part-time jobs as soon as possible. Consequently, they both run their deadlines and account for any payments not only make them reduce their motivation but also find it exhausted to convey the school path.
In conclusion, a wide range of main grounds both mentioned views have just been taken into consideration. In my opinion, more highlights should be based on both aspects that it is a great idea for government to give money to students. However, it also brings more negative effect when do that
