In recent decades, people have started to argue about the way of investing government’s budget. The first group of people believe that money should be spent on safety against extreme weather, others are sure that it would be better to improve basic environment, such as healthcare or education. This essay will discuss both views and my opinion will be given.
On the one hand, one of the biggest issue nowadays, it is extreme weather patterns. Firstly, government should make common alarms about extreme weather. When people receive alarms about storms or floods, they have more time to prepare for it and find safe place. Anyway, they may start to panic because many cities are not prepare for these extreme weather events. If governments could develop safe conditions, it would be much easier to prepare for any disasters.
On the other hand, developing basic human needs. This priority has always worried people, demand of good hospitals or school is very essential nowadays. There is no doubt that government should enhance people’s growth, like investing in universities and choose more professional teachers for schools. Also, it is a good idea to build new modern hospitals, where people can get worthy medicine and technology. For example, kids may have strong desire to study more if they had better educational materials, support and different extra classes where they can get a knowledge about different professions.
In conclusion, I believe that it is necessary to invest in both ways. We should be protected from different weather apocalypses and also have a chance to live in modern environment.
