People have differing approaches about developing their domestic area individually, and also do it by their government. Maintaining and improving local area either individually or by governments are crucial. In my view, this task should divided to two groups, including major assignments and minor one. Then, charge the government to do majors, whereas people do minors.
On the one hand, each person has responsibility to keep environment safe and then make an effort to improve it to be a better place. Although, this is a challengeable and complicated thing, but if not consider it, cause harmful outcomes. For example, to make your area polluted with trash, it hinders the development’s progress by imposing extra expenses. This expenses can lead growth of your local environment dramatically.
On the other hand, maintaining and planning for growth always has required considerable budget and funds. Therefore, allocation of budget and investment by government can lead better function in this case. For instance, adequate funds can increase people passion to do thai task, such as create more job opportunities related to improving environments, and invest on some public places like library, restaurant, cinema, and etc.
To sum up, according to the reasons that mentioned above, improving local environment is a complex task. Totally there are two conditions for developing local area; One that is generally related to governments, and should consider many aspects of it in total; And the other one that is inappreciable, people should put it in their responsibility. In my opinion both habitants and government are chargeable to improve their local environment.
