In my view, governments should take control to guarantee every human on their country proper public health. This statement comes from the fact that human’s life is the most valuable thing for every nation, generally even for the world.
Only a human can found a state. The states, which don’t appreciate their motive force, have no progress in most industries. One of paragraph in The Universal Declaration of Human Rights says: every man regardless nation, religion, gender and age have the right to life. Then, the position that governments should prioritize well-being of their citizens to maintain stability in regulation of country.
What if we consider the different opinion? Many people don’t have opportunities, like money, time or something else to take care of themselves. This position may cause sharp decline in birth rate, increase quantity of disadvantaged families and more. The classic example is the countries in Africa. Now those states, despite availability of resources, have one of the lowest positions in the ranking of living standards in various countries.
After all, i can say that responsibility of people is the charge of governments.
