There are competing views on a healthy diet at school and at home by teachers and parents respectively. Although parents ought to teach children to have a healthy diet, I still think that it is best to motivate young people to have a healthy diet at school, because there are a lot of pupils and children can learn by looking at these pupils, and even their teachers can encourage them more than their parents.
On the one hand, parents who teach their children about a healthy diet at home — this is good. But I think children can’t grow their mental capacity because they don’t look and comprehend others. This way leads to underdevelopment. They only listen to parents and see them. For example, my best friend didn’t go to school due to illness when she was in the 2nd grade. Then she came about in the 4th grade. But her diet changed then at the 2nd grade, because her mother gave lessons on healthy diet.
On the other hand, others believe that it is good to encourage and teach children about a healthy diet at school. I agree with this argument because if children go to school, they can learn from the behavior of peers, such as walking seat and diet. Therefore, there are many scholars who help educate children about dietary habits. Then, if young people go to school, their friends can either have a well diet or incorrect diet, and children look at them. Their teacher teaches them to have a healthy diet. Moreover, children want to be inspired, as well as their teacher encourages them to have a healthy diet, which they like. This is because children try to eat healthy diet.
