In recent years, environmental problems like climate change, pollution, and deforestation are becoming more serious. For these reasons, some people claim that there is no hope for saving nature, while others believe that we still can take actions to protect our planet. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I will discuss both viewpoints in detail, giving real examples.
On the one hand, individuals holding the point that it is too late for taking measures are considering the major climatic issues which are worsening day by day. Global warming is continuing to increase, animals are becoming extinct, and rubbish can be found in even the deepest part of the sea. These factors make people feel hopeless, leading to disbelief in protecting nature. As a result, humans think that individual actions are useless and a waste of time.
On the other hand, the effects of these problems can be reduced by governments and the public. They can include expanding green areas, utilizing renewable energy sources, recycling, and minimizing the use of fossil fuels. They cannot solve these tackles fully, but at least can decrease the damage to both people and nature, improving the relationship with each other. With the association of organizations and individuals, the devastation can be shrunk by using eco-friendly approaches.
In conclusion, although the natural problems are severe, some inhabitants think that it is never too late to resolve the troubles, while others claim that there is no opportunity to address them due to some reasons like lack of power and time.
