Research identifies which behaviours are beneficial for our health and which harm it.Indeed,individuals continue to do the activities which are harmful. One of the root causes of the issue could lie in high level of stress which can be addressed by replacing bad ways of dealing with stress with healthier one.

The growth of stress provide people to use unhealthy activities which give them relief.Nowadays,people often experience high level of stress due to work and academic pressure which can lead them to turn to unhealthy lifestyle as a way to deal with stress.Thus, can lead to serious health problems and make people increasingly dependent on these habits.For instance,most of the students facing with fear of failing examination may start consume unhealthy food excessively which can lead to obesity.Interestingly,this might be a repeatable cycle where the health problem caused by these habits to even more stress,so people continue using the same habits to feel better.

One of the suggested solutions is to replace harmful things with healthier one.Instead of trying to stop harmful activities suddenly,people should gradually reduce them and introduce more beneficial alternative activities in peoples’ daily routine.This gradual change may allow people to adjust a new routine without feeling guilty.As a result people may find it easier to maintain their interests and hobbies,overall healthy behaviour and gradually reduce their bad habits.This can help individuals to manage their stress in a healthier way and improve their overall well-being.

In conclusion,the key reason of this issue could be high level of stress which can be seen to gradual reduce unhealthy behaviour to healthier one.
