In modern times, the issue of physical activity or exercise has become highly controversial. Millions of people still do activities that are good for their health, and they do healthy activities even when they know better. In this essay, I will examine the causes of this and what can be done to change it.

Many journalists say there are a few reasons why people do unhealthy activities. For the first and foremost reason, when people do physical activities, they unconsciously do things they know will negatively affect their health. For instance, my friend Sojib and I did physical exercise together; he used equipment incorrectly. When I told him he was doing it wrong, he said he forgot. So, the main cause is unawareness. Secondly, people do wrong activities for enjoyment. As a result, they feel entertained when they do wrong. For instance, my grandfather, when he has the opportunity to play badminton, does so even though the doctor told him it is harmful, but he does not care. This is another main reason.

On the other hand, people should change their habits of doing wrong activities. Some people believe that there are some great ways to change. Initially, doctors or trainers need to take responsibility for encouraging people not to do wrong activities. They should emphasize to their patients that this will change in the future. A good illustration is Canada; this happened there, and afterward, this method ultimately led to a decrease in such activities. If parents think beforehand about how to invest in their children’s activities, it will lead to change.

In conclusion, the wrong activities that people engage in have a negative impact on human life. This essay has provided some causes and solutions. If people do these things, it will change their lives.
