Many individuals put effort into creating a balance between their professional life and their personal life. Nevertheless, only a minority of them attain their target. While there are numerous obstacles in the way people reach their goal, many solutions could help them overcome the problems.
On the one hand, there are two factors that contribute to an imbalanced life. Due to the rapid rise in prices of everything, employees have to work more in order to earn a good living which enables them to have a higher standard of life. As the workload is higher, employees must spend more time completing them which makes the employees do not have time for families or entertainment. Besides, people who have children and have high intensity of housework seem to be unable to concentrate in their career. Because they have to look after their child and do housework, the time they have for their work is very little. As a result, the workload has contributed dramatically to an imbalanced life.
On the other hand, these problems could be stopped by some solutions. To begin with, a good schedule is a good way to help workaholic people because it helps them spend their time for work and their time for their families efficiently. For example, busy employees could spend five days of the week working and the weekends are times when they can reunite with their families. Inadditionally, with people having to do housework, sharing plays an important role in helping them achieve the balance between their professional life and their personal life. Indeed, family members should divide childcare time reasonably and do housework equally. Therefore, everyone in the family can achieve work-life balance and their work could be more productive and more creative.
In conclusion, although there are some reasons which stop people from achieving a balance, some solution can be taken to help people
