These days, some part of society argue that both genders have the same rights and females can secure all the jobs as males while others support the idea that there are other crucial differences between them. From my perspective, there are some factors such as handworking, childcare and emotions of women that should be considered. And this essay will explore some facts that support my own idea.
Initially, in spite of both genders` equal body structure, women are unable to do works such as mining, digging or such kinda handle jobs that requires real hardworking. Literally, they may loose their energy faster compared to males in every hardworking atmosphere. Moreover, to addition to such difficult jobs, family concerns may prevent them from working properly in the future. For instance, mother`s role in raising children and giving care is significant. It is the main reason why always men was symbol of working while mothers` position was lower than men.
Secondly, women are unable to gain success in areas such as management, business and working with team because of their high sensibility, emotions and their lack of environment for adaption such kinda occupation. For instance , they can suddenly start arguments or they can give argumentive ideas in meetings, particularly in business system. Furthermore, most of women are so sensitive, therefore most of men are unable to speak loudly to them If they make mistakes even bigger ones. Eventually, mistakes can lead to several global issues for company that they work. In contrast, men are more careful in making decisions and this is the main reason why women also not equal in areas of business.
In conclusion, nowadays equality males and females are being controversy debate between two genders. Hovewer, there several factors such as their emotions and sensibility, lack of adaptation and also hard handle works. In this case, women are essential in other areas such as childcare and family.
