Band 5+: Some people believe that only the government can bring about significant changes in society, while others think that even an individual can have a lot of influence on society. What is your opinion on the above statement?

Many people content that the administration is an essential part that often can bring about changes for community, while others argue that an individuals play a crucial role. In my opinion, although government has large-scale legislative power, individuals can still create substantial social transformations through activism and awareness.

On the one hand, governments can also changes for social environment through their regulations. Firstly, governments have to pass and legislation, and they were contribute to shape people’s behavior. The regime can also take environmental protection, crime and educational rules, for instance. Secondly, governments have also been control of financial and infrastructural resources. In addition, the world is becoming more digital and the advancements of technology are easy to contributing societal well-being, administrational rules would be influence to social people’s- such as public transportation, healthcare, and social welfare. So, i think that the government can have a huge power to mitigate the social significant changes.

On the other hand, individuals state that they are bring influences on society for their core rules to grassroots activism. Social places are more importantly develop and active for their around of individuals. Many historical figures, such as Nelson Mandela challenged injustices and influence government policies. Individual’s can enforcement some rules to social well-being and social awareness. In modern times, social media great deal with individuals lifestyles and ensure them to world wide bullying on media sector, consequently, the individual inform the government to take some actions and help them to holistic situations.

In conclusion, I opine that both government and individual are an essential part that can bring changes in the society.
