There is an ongoing debate between people, some of them think that schools should focus on necessary objects which are beneficial to their future and career prospects, consequently other subjects such as arts and physical activities are not essential. However, I strongly disagree with this view, as I believe education must include creative and physical activities to support student’s health.
One major reason why students should learn arts and physical activities is that it develops their cognitive skills. Taking part in these kind of activities enhances health and reduce the risk of obesity and improves concentration and academic perfomance. Moreover, sports cultivate essential life skils, team work and time management all of which usefull further. For instance, students involved in sport activities and arts show much better results on their academic perfomance, while people who do not take participation in these activities always faced problems with stamina and mental health.
In addtion, to physical education, creative subjects such as music and arts plays fundamental role in their innovative thinking. These disciplines encourage them being more productive and focusing on their subjects more carefull.Furthermore, involvement in the arts has been shown to improve students mental well-being and reduce stress, contributing to a more balanced and fulfilling school experience.
In conclusion, students should allocate time to physical activities and the arts, as these subjects contribute significantly to their cognitive development and overall well-being. Therefore, I disagree with the statement that such subjects are unimportant, as they play an essential role in a well-rounded education.
