It is often argue that, students who can perform well in academic should be reward in school while, others argue that only the students, who shows substantial improvement in grades can be rewarded only. Although reward is just a part of process to cheer up students for better performance in grades during academic, students who behave well and obedient in class should deserve the rewards too.
To be precise, academic performance is matter of being in manners and athicuets as well as panctual during school time. Although some students have great academic grades, they behave not well in class and not panctual for their studies can have adverse effect too. In addition, students who can not performed well in academic grades but they are very active in other co- ciriculam activites as well as in sports too. Furthermore, pupils who can perform well in sports and other talents can be rewarded for this type of achievement in terms of motivating them for that. For instance, a school should organise sports leauge where the good athelets can have opportunity to show their skills if they got rewarded, they would be became more enthusiastic toward that sports can perform globally too.
On the other hand, grading system can motivate students who perform well and give their best in academic exams subsquently by rewarding them can have significant improvement in the following academics. Though this can have adverse effect on those students, who can not perform like others, they have to feel burden and pressurised from society for not getting rewarded.
In conclusion, academic performance can not justify by grade of students but, I firmly believe that other sports and manners factor should be consider too in terms of reward the students.
