Nowadays people have different opinion on who should fund the research centers . Some people government should pay the rescherch centers for countinue their work because government take tax from genaral people . there is also some people who belive privat company should invast in research so that they can update their product . In my opinion government have the primarily manage the funds .
on the one hand , goverment take tax from their people and it is their responsibility work for their people betterment . To do their job more and more properly they need to do their work more scientifically for that reason they will need to increase researchworks . for example in 2020 covid 19 was a pandamic many national research centers works day and night and made vaccine but very few privat company made that vaccine . reserchwork it self a expansive thing to do not many privat company can afford it . A successful reserch can be reason for a national pride so government should invast in this sactor more for a healthy compition with other nations .
privat company do research work mainly for there own busisnass profit . peivat company mainly thinks how will they give sirvice at more low cost more useable and more profitable for them . for example if i talk about a car company their issues are like what shape car should they make for a better air pas how will they increase more car speed and how will it cost low to their consumers . most of the time it is not deractly profitable to genaral people . privat company are not promised to the general people for invast for their betterment . so they are not obliges invast research that will surly good for people .
