Excessive use of social media has encouraged due to new trends among people, specially youngsters. This trend can spread lack of motivation, which is harmful for a society. If people overuse social media, they will be sleepy and tired at work. So, their performance decrease, and the company fails as a lack of employees performance. Moreover, face-to-face intraction has decreased because people prefer to spend their time on social media rather than hang out with their friends or family. As a result, people should manage how much time they spend on social media, then they can have a balance in their life.

Moreover, intractions increase due to no distance barriers. For example, these days, only with access to the internet students are free to discuss about their teacher, employees are free to disagree with their employer, and everyone from anywhere can write about anything they believe, thanks to social media.
