In recent years, there has been a huge increase in the number of individuals questioning whether art subjects are crucial to be taught in education indtitutions. In my opinion, I firmly agree that art materials are vital since not only they improve students’ interpersonal skills but also they are more attractive to learners than others subjects.
First, there is a point to be made that communication skills are built up through subjects such as music, theater and literature. For instance, students interact effectively when they act in paly or perform a choral with thier peers. For this reason, it is evident that when art subjects are activated in education curriculum, students will explore themselves and express their ideas and thoughts effectively. Moreover, when studenta are exposed to art subjects, their confident and self-steam will improve significantly . This is being the case if art lessons are held in schools.
In addition to this, it must be stated that art classes are attractive ti the majority of learners. For example, music lessons are more desirable by students than maths or science. Therefore, it is clear that when education systems neglect art courses, students’ motivation to go to schools will noticeably decreased. Furthermore, because art classes do not depend on judgement on students performance, the students’ attendance is higher than other courses. This is the situation if education systems activate art lessons propoerly.
To conclude, the overwhelming evidence seems to suggest that art subjects could enhance students’ personalities and their attitudes toward schools.
