Some people think that fields like physicians and technicians need to work in the places where they received their degree. On the other hand, some people think that they have their freedom to build their career wherever they like. From my perspective, I believe that everyone has their own personal preference where they want to settle their life and do their role.
According to some people, Individuals who have received their training would be more comfortable building their career in that place. For example as a doctor needs to be confident about which type of people they are going to meet, cause every place has a different personality. If they don’t know how to deal with those types of individuals, they won’t be able to fulfill their role perfectly. When a medical intern does their internship, they interact with lots of people in that place and get familiar with that. So if they work in the same place in their further job, it will be straightforward for them to focus on their career rather than make themselves comfortable in that place, cause they are already used to this environment
On the other hand, many argue that professionals should have the freedom to work anywhere they choose, regardless of where they were trained. This perspective is based on the idea that individuals should not be restricted to a single country or region just because of their education. Professionals like doctors and engineers possess a global set of skills that can be beneficial in various contexts. For example, a doctor who has been trained in a well-established healthcare system may offer valuable expertise in countries where medical services are still developing. Moreover, allowing professionals to work internationally encourages cultural exchange, expands their professional networks, and provides opportunities for personal and career growth. By working in different settings, they can bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to their field, benefiting both themselves and the communities they serve.
while training in a specific country can offer advantages, I believe professionals should have the freedom to work anywhere. This not only benefits their personal growth but also contributes to the global exchange of skills and ideas.
