Band 4+: Some people believe that the widespread use of technology, such as smartphones and social media, has caused more harm than good to society. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

There os no denying the fact that nowadays the technology has became essential tool which help in different ways.While it is a commonly that people spent a lot of time of their leisure hours scrolling on social media and some people think it has a negative impacts on several aspects.As fa as I’m concerned,these digital tool can destroy our lifes.

To begin with,using smartphones for long time inevitable will wiste our time,this time we can invest it in useful way such as study or learning practical skills.In addition,when the person used to this kind of behavior he of course ignores his physical condition,because all people set up on the chair or sofa for kang time without released how it will effet their healthy in the future.For instance,for many years we have shown the rate of fat is increasing among teenagers and adults.

Another point to consider,its direct impact on society,there are wide rang of social problems like poorly communication among the family’s members, since every members used to watching video for hours without any attention for his environment.Morever,they are learning every day a bad behaviours from influencers on social media which absolutely are disintegrating our community.therefore,the government should restrict using these application and be wary to avoid these devastating results.

To conclude,regardless technological progress has a benefits on different fields but it also has devastating impact for our future,and we should be aware with this digital tool.
