Some people argue that higher education student should takes part time job alongside their studies. I partially agree with this view because, while working part time can offer valuable skills and financial support. It may also distract student from their academic responsibility if not manage properly.
Working part time can highly beneficial for university students. Firstly, it supplies them financial independence. Reducing the burden in their families and helping them cover tuition fee or living expenses. For instant, many students use their earning to pay for books, transportation, or even leisure activities. Additionally, part time assist student develop essential skill such as time management, communication and team work. Wich can be on a great value in future career. Such experiences also make them more competitive in the jope market after graduation. As employer often appropriate practical work experience .
On the other hand working part time may negatively affect student’s academic performance. Juggling work and studies can be challenging, especially during exam period or when student have heavy workload. Student who work late shift might struggle to stay focused in next day lecture therefore lowering their grades.
In conclusion, in spite that part time work provid university students interpersonal skills and economics support, it can interfer with their academic performance if not adroitly managed . Convinced, I believed only if the student can strike a balance between work and academic commitment should they take up part time jop.
