On the other hand, a major drawback of public transport is lack of comfort and safety. Most times the buses are usually dirty, a very easy way to contact germs and microorganisms, it is usually unsafe at night because you can easily get robber at night in the bus station. For instance, according to World Health Organization statistics, it has been recorded that bus station is the fastest place to contact infections. A further drawback overcrowding especially at the peak hours which result discomfort.
