In today society the place of work is often subject to a debate. Some argue that working from home has more advantages than working in an office, while others believe that office work is more beneficial for collaboration and productivity.
On one hand I understand that working from home is a good thing that can be implemented in today society because of the of technologies these days. If your work doesn’t require you to be physically available all the time, then In my view this is a very caluable concept to have today. If you have family that require you to take care of them all the time, now you can do that while you’re working. This system can make you doing many important things at once without have to pick one.
On the other hand, working from office may still be the concept that many company in the world to implement. I acknowledges the reason of this being used because many line of work require you to work as a team and to communicate directly to your co worker. These are two of many things that can’t be done when you are working from home.
In my opinion, both conditions are very essentials in today’s world, depend on what line of work you are working. If for example you’re working in social media agency that only ask you to design the post and write, working from home might be more suited for you but if you’re working in construction company, working from office is a must since that these type of work usually need you to be available physically.
In conclusion both view are a very valid points to have and it just a matter of preference, the type of work, and priority.
