People have different views about whether movies should include educational lessons or simply aim to entertain audiences. From my point of view, although entertainment is an important feature of films, movies should also contain meaningful educational value.
On the one hand, the purpose of movies is to entertain. Firstly, movies are fundamental to entertainment. Nowadays, people have a tendency to watch movies after a hectic day, helping them unwind and temporarily forget their problems. Besides, most audiences simply want to have access to movies which don’t require the reflectivity of the brain, they just experience laughter or enjoy thrilling emotions. For example, a report showed films today are more concentrated on entertainment value, visual appearance, and profit rather than investing to content in order to be relatable and suitable for viewers.
On the other hand, the films ot only **provide entertainmen**t but also bring educational value. Firstly and foremost, films allow viewers to **immerse** themselves in a different life so they can learn about several meaningful lessons, such as the **importance** of family, friendships, patriotism, and interpersonal skills … . **These** lessons can reinforce their thinking and give them real-life experience for themselves. For example, when **the** audience watched “Red Rain ” – a Vietnamese historical movie, this film **left** a lot of emotional impact and **gave** profound lessons about patriotism , **loss**, and the sacrifice of our ancestors. Another factor that cannot be overlooked is the **effectiveness** of films. At school, most of students feel bored with the tech methods of teachers, it is too **theoretical**. Otherwise, the movies meet the needs of individuals, **offering** vibrancy, freshness, and several meaningful lessons. As a result, **it brings** positive and **optimistic** for audiences.
In conclusion, Films not only offers entertainment for viewers but also place greater in educational value, **ginving profound lessons as well as improves the negative impacts for people.**
