However, some people think that it is the responsibility of the people who invest in the building. In my opinion, investors have more duty on the building project rather than the government because they receive income earned.
On the one hand, the government may play a role in building projects since they have sufficient resources and power to manage and ensure project proceeds smoothly and timely. The government’s central treasury has a lot of funding and money available to spend and distribute resources for this project. They may utilize different platform such as social media, television and radio to promote and find people to join their group as well as control the procedure.
On the other hand, talented designers can be found by economic incentives. If they want to publish ideas to the general public, the investors has can buy the equipment and system needed. The company may conduct research and find appropriate resources they have to buy to recruit potential designers with a creative mindset. For instance, they may hire talented designers to in charge of the development process. Therefore, it can attract young people to take the initiative to recommend how to build an architect that cater to the need for different people. Also, they can design it freely with the help of technology which certainly can invite elite people.
To sum up, although the government has power to monitor the building construction work, investors and businessmen has an indispensable position to accomplish the project effectively and efficiently.
