Univeristiy studies should be payed by gouverment only for the students that have big grades and that are attending to classes everyday. Students that can not attend to every classes and don’t have enough time to study but want further education should pay.
Primarily, I think that the students that really want to learn but are not coming from a rich enviroment should get scholarships and support from gouverment to be stimulated in getting good greades and restultes. In this way, postgraduates will work harder to have a free spot and therefor will concurate with other students for that.
However, not everyone should study for free, because if there are unlimited places people may get too lazy to study and perform a great outcome at thier univeristy. It will be unfair for the others category of pupils that actually spend most of their time struggling with all the challanges to have scholarships the same as bad students do.
I thinks that there are a lot of smart and talented students that actually deserve this kind of assistance, and in this way the gouverment also could appreciate an increase in the academic resultes of their country. If they pay, everyone have a equal chance.
To summ up, judgging by their results, some of them should not spend a big deal of money if the have capacities, and some of them that are not haroworkers should actually pay to take place at classes
