Some people are of the opinion that the optimal type of accommodation is apartment, while others think that house is a superior option. Personally, I agree with the latter. This essay will discuss these perspectives and ultimatly provide my opinion.
On the one hand, many argue that apartment is the greatest choice for setling because of several reasons. First and formost, its lower cost compared to almost other types of accommodation makes it easier to be aforded, especially for peple who have lower means of living. For example, on the same area of land, the construction of aprtments would generally create lager mumber of housing units compared to what can be achieved if private houses are built. Moreover, it is more convenience to live in an apartment due to the shared facilities and amenities which are located around. Therefore, apartments are an potential choice of housing.
On the other hand, others believe that houses are the best option for living because they typically have front and back yards which offer more value to owners. For example, these yards can serve as a safe play ground for children or a garden to grow some vibrant flowers and vegatables. Furthermore, private houses are also places providing isolated environment, which suitable for owners who love quiet. From my perspective, house is the greatest accommadation types for living.
In conclusion, while some argue that apartment is the best choice, I frimly believe that house is perfect living yeilding not only the comfort but also the seperation and quietness.
