“Is it better to study online or in a traditional classroom?”
Education is an essential part of our lives, students now have the option to study either online and in traditional classes. While both methods have some advantages. However, I believe that face-to-face classes are more effective than virtual ones.
Online lessons have several limitations. Firstly, students have limited face-to-face communication with teachers and classmates. This situation leads to weaker teamwork skills and struggles when trying to share your opinions with others. For example, group discussions and classroom debates are much more entertaining in an institutional class than digital ones. Furthermore, practical subjects like physical education, chemistry, biology, and art are more challenging to teach online. For instance, these subjects can not be fully learned virtually as hands-on experience is necessary. Lab experiments, sports activities, and creative tasks can not be effectively performed through a screen.
It seems to me that formal courses provide better social interaction. Students are able to ask something directly to instructors and work with groups, which improves teamwork and being sociable. Moreover, in-person classes follow a fixed schedule and curriculum, which helps students stay organized and focused. As a result, students will develop discipline. In spite of those advantages, there are several problems such as time management, waste of money, and being less comfortable than online.
