Nowadays, we can notice a preference that distinguishes between two different types of people. The ones who find it pleasant to wake up early in the morning and the ones who stay up late at night to do work. In my point of view, choosing to wake up at daybreak is a more suitable option than working after hours.
It could be indicated that individuals who choose to wake up early in the morning are most likely to be healthier than the ones spending their time at night working. It is presumed that their productivity could be increased. This provides them the motivation to go through the day. For example, they could spend their time in the morning relaxing as well as exercising, which increases not only their mental health but also their physical health. Moreover, they often follow an organized sleeping schedule that boosts their overall sleep quality which plays a significant role in the development of the brain. Therefore, choosing to sleep and wake up early might be the healthiest option.
On the other hand, it is perhaps conceivable that lifestyles heavily revolving around night time can seem to be unhealthy. This can result in the exhaustion of the brain, decreasing productivity and energy. Staying up for too long can also lead to various mental health problems such as insomnia, sleep deprivation, and mood disorders. As a result, individuals may feel tired throughout their day as their brain becomes too tired to perform well, which directly contrasts with pupils who choose to wake up early in the morning.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that in order to inherit a healthy and productive lifestyle, awakening up in the morning is the best choice. If people continue to prefer staying up late at night over getting up early, their desire of becoming healthy may not ever apply to them.
