It is debateable issue among people weather workers should change the kind of job they do or it can be detrimental for their job and lifestyle. The latter concept seems sensible for me.
On the one hand, there are numerous aspects why people choose working in the same type of job. Initially they can be promoted by working in the same kind of job and improve qualification. secondly, not changing the job maybe good opportunity for people chose to work work is the same place, for example, how mentors are good in their field, their salary would be better by stimulating or rewarding them.
On the other hand, there are also lots of factors of changing jobs, Firstly when they change their job many times it may lead to widening their horizon, finding new colleagues, exchanging qualifications in addition using it in real life situations. Furthermore, modifying job fields can be useful for life not only in life, but also it can give them unforgettable memories. From my perspective, how often people change jobs frequently, their lifestyle becomes better. Interpreters, for example, can select their job field much more times than another job. They can work as guide for Tourists, as well as mentor.
In conclusion, although some other people consider not changing a job is better, I suppose it has many negative aspects
