Each person has his own opinion about the responsibility of drug companies. However, some people argue that healthcare companies should focus on Profit. From my point of view, the drug industry should pay attention to profits and people’s health

From one point of view, huge drug companies can help poor people. Firstly, it is right to help people in need. For large drug companies, this will not cost a large amount of money and will not in any way affect the production of new drugs. In this way, the poor population of the earth can be cured and even saved. For example, in Africa, most children suffer from various diseases that can be fatal, and they do not have the opportunity or means to obtain medicine. Sending even a small amount of medicine can save many children. Secondly, by researching new drugs, not only can people be saved and medical industries developed, these new drugs can be further used by patients around the world.

From another point of view, income is also important for the economics of a drug company. If the company does not have income, then it will not be able to provide workers with salaries, which means that it will be impossible to conduct any research in the field of pharmaceuticals. However, medical companies do not provide all medicine for free, since they are responsible for their scientists, investors and employees. Profit is one of the important factors of any company. If the company’s main goal is profit, then drugs will become unaffordable for most people. This will have a bad effect on humanity.
