A group of people think the present day governments must spend populations money to save endangered languages . Whereas some people believe that it is only waste money to help or improve languages. I completely agree with the last statement ,why I choose this statement. I will be present my reasons the next following paraghraphs .
First of all, all people can save their native languages without government or money. Endangered languages depends on people. If they decided to save language, they can improve their language and will be world language like English and Chinese language. For instance:Nowadays Kazakh language endangered language for some people. Because, Kazakh people speak more Russian language than Kazakh language may be 3 out of 2 . But some active person starts different activities to enhance Kazakh language.
On the one hand , if government focus on saving endangered languages they can save easily without waste money. Of course not easily, it will be challenge with details. But have a lot of reasons enhance language. From people view that government must change rule or law about language. Firstly they can change education systems. If student wants to study at school or university. They should speak and utilizing the main language in country. Secondly all workers , minister and director must speak also migrants [ foreigner people]. Thirdly government should collect all information about language, why language will be endanger language.
On the other hand, government can make a variety chance for generation. Because a new generations very dynamism. For instance, one girl from Kazakhstan she speaks very well. But now she lives in the USA and opens up great way to enhance Kazakh language. May be she is ten years old . She teaches in Kazakh language in the USA for foreigners students .Country and people must support language.
In conclusion , without language country can not be country. Humans and government can spend money on saving endangered language or they can save without money . As have a lot of way , language is diamond heritage for generation.
