There is no doubt that learning theories is essential matter during primary, secondary and high school. Although some people believe that during school period students should be concerned by hypothesis only and save the time of experiment in learning new facts, i would argue that, nowadays, it became crucial to be skillful after graduation and the only way to achieve that is to spend a plenty of time how to gain from these theories in practical life. in this essay, i would support my view with two evidences.
The first reason students must participate in their industry is that it could save a lot of time for graduates and companies which seek for qualified employee. For example, instead of hiring employees after certain years of experience which must follow graduation, organizations will find the requested criteria immediately after graduation ceremony. in addition to a precious time will be saved to individual in a very critical period in his life. If the students spend all the study years learning theories only, they will lose extra years to gain experience, so they can meet the job offers requirements.
secondly, competition will be raised among students which, in turn, would improve productivity. If a person needs to get a job, he must pass a test after his training period. and this will create a spirit of competition among colleagues to introduce the best skills they have. for instance, if there is a limited number of jobs offer and there are more candidate for these opportunities, a productive challenge will be raised among competitors. As a result, when everyone will be in need to upgrade his skills. production cycle will be noticeably enhanced.
In conclusion, due to the time saved for occupation period of persons and the improvement in production, I believe that the advantages of immersing students in practical life are outweigh the disadvantages.
