Nowdays it is seen that people appreciate to work in a bigger company rather than joining a company which has tiny setup. In this situation my opinion is I am completely agree with this. As larger companies provide various facilities compairing smaller organizatinons, people are more convinced and attracted.
The fisrt thing I would love to mention is that, a well estblished company give assurance of financial benefits. A big company usually pays better salary to their employee for the same working hours. Higher salary structure of any organisation can allure skilled and competent worker. Besides this, workers mostly worried about their financial security in future. Thus they are so much interested in saving money. Unless they get higher salary, it would not possible. For example, I saw many young people shifting their job from teaching of private school to private bank. This is due to private bank provides more rumenaration.
People also love to work in a big company due to fame and recognisation. People love to introduce themselves as a employee of a well knowned institutions. They assume that their social status upgrades by working in a larger company. On the other hand, I have to acknowledge a larger company is able to provide other facilities also such as training, reward and incentives, health insurance and transportations. Many worker want to improve their skills and knowledge. Most of the big company has arrangement of internal and external training course; whereas hardly found in small company.
To conclude, it is best to say as a large company provides not only higher salary but also ensures others financial and non-finacial facilities than a small company, people are more interested for large comapny. Large company are alluring worker to join by providing fame and skills development opportunities.
