Many people prefer working with large companies rather than small ones. While I agree with this view to some extent, I also believe that small companies have certain advantages.
On the one hand, large companies provide employees with all the resources to work in a comfortable environment, such as comprehensive benefits, advanced technology, and ample workspace. Moreover, many experienced coworkers are willing to help new employees, which makes it easier to understand the working system. For example, employees working for large international companies such as Google and Nvidia often receive high salaries and attractive benefits, which can provide financial stability. Moreover, with career growth, employees can earn higher incomes and gain more respect from their colleagues.
On the other hand, small companies can have flexible conditions and faster career growth but with more responsibilities due to fewer staff. This can make workers feel more involved in the tearn and able to see direct progress with colleagues. For instance, a junior worker may manage projects or communicate directly with clients, which helps develop skills faster. In addition, graduates from university can gain more practical experience in small companies, which allows young professionals to build experience in a short time. After a few years, they may be able to work in large companies with stronger skills and more confidence.
In conclusion, I agree that working with large companies is more preferable as they provide higher earnings and enjoy better benefits, while small companies help workers develop new skills and knowledge. This can later help them perform better in large companies
