In recent years, the subject of work payment has ignited widespread discourse and polarized opinions. While some advocate that people who work for the society for instance like nurses, doctors and teacher should have greater remuneration, others maintain that athletes and celebrities should be paid more. Despite the multifaceted nature of this issue, I am firmly convinced that doctors, teachers, and nurses who works for society should have more salary.
Professional workers like doctors, nurses, and teachers are the one who contribute the most to the society, it definitely outweigh the field such as entertainment and spots. Doctors and nurses spend their day and night to save life, additionally they have to pass countless examinations and face challenges in order to become high position in the hospital and have a relatively suitable salary to their career. Similarly, teachers shape the future by educating children and adding more professionals, which benefit the society. These roles make them irreplaceable. However, in many country, their remuneration are even lower to support their normal life, they are just contributing the society with their passion. But it may soon fade away if we don’t seriously. For this reason, it is reasonable to be more compensated for their hard work and time.
In contrast, athletes and celebrities often give inspiration and enjoyment to the audience and bring reputation for their country. Their concert, events, endorsement help them to earn tens of millions in a year, It is sufficient for them to support a wealth life, but there is no profit to the society. Whereas teachers, doctors, and nurses often contribute more with low income.
In conclusion, these imbalanced salary highly illustrates that in order to have a brighter future, avoiding decreasing number of professional workers, changes should be made on those problems.
