Few people think that public libraries will replaced e-books. However other opponents believe that they will never forget the libraries. I presume libraries are not going to lose their popularity soon, in my opinion real book a more valuable than electronic book.
On the one hand, these days iBook is popular due to their convenience, there is no need to take, it gives chance to reading everywhere and also every time. However, online book leads to a drop in vision. For example, nowadays most teenagers who will change future now they have some problems with their vision. While they use electronic books, they will impair eyesight, what allows to trouble for future.
On the other hand, some proponents believe in influence of basic libraries, where advocates can feel a sense of community. They also serve as a valuable resource for those who don’t have access to computers or the internet, offering a vast selection of books that are free to borrow. These books, with their age and distinctive scent, have a special allure.
To sum up, although the rise of e-books poses a significant threat to the existence of public libraries, I firmly believe that these institutions will persist. The irreplaceable cultural, educational, and social functions that libraries perform in society cannot be overlooked, and their ability to adapt to the digital era is a testament to their resilience. The importance of a tangible book and the shared experience that libraries offer will ensure their continued relevance in communities, maintaining their significance in an increasingly digital world.
