An increasingly high number of people is beginning to believe that teenagers should spend their spare time have fun participating in various events rather than implementing part-time job; however, personally I assume that there are far more global opportunities for young people, who tend to hold responsibility since their childhood.
Despite the sincere striving for attending every party organised by community activists, teenagers might acquire an enormously big number of useful skills in case they decided to work. It is evident that those, who try ro work in teenage period at first are possess such handy skills, as cooperation, eloquent communication, financial literacy and punctuality. Furthermore, the overwhelming majority of eminent entrepreneurs have started their career in buisness during young age as well, firstly executed either waiter or saller duties.
One more argument in order to strengthen my perspective in terms of the necessity to work since 13-14 years is a tremendous variety of opportunities, which may be crucially important for a teenager’s future career growth. For instance, working in huge companies with multiple filials throughout the world could significantly contribute to a person’s employment record and thereby helping him or her to getting hired and obtain not only a high-standard work conditions, but highly paid salary too. In other words, the employment experience is enormously helpful for organizing a teenager’s successful future.
In conclusion, although many people strongly stick to opinion that the childhood is a period of insouciance, I confident that teenage working experience is obligatory in order to construct prosperous future.
