The gravest one is likely to get involved in mental problems in adulthood when youth individual would tend to perform their tasks autonomiously, leading to selfishness and isolation. For example, a man who just rely on himself could not count on others and after a long time he would thought he is perfect.
Nevertheless, others assert that cooperation brings generous benefits to younger socity members. If children were more collaborative, their communication skill which is critical for brighter future would enhance gradually. This means that working as a team allows them to boost their interpersonal relationship, making their personal and occupational lives more robust and resilient.
