Some believe this strategy motivates them to thrive, while others are more focused on the teaching them to work in a team. Making young generation aware of their role in the society, and their impact on others from early ages would be helpful for their interaction skills. Learning this fact leaves them the mindset of growing as a community not an individual who search for status. Additionally, nature of failure in this world is for learning life lessons, so they won’t feel behinds when they face it. In general, humans are social animals who are dependent on others for survival. Thus, children experience this early in their childhood that each person has a limited abilities and requires others’ services for comfort.
In my opinion, schools are the best place to work on this topic, by engaging children in team-oriented activities. Doing so, teachers are up to rewarding students who takes care of others more or mention efforts of one who seeks help of others when encountering adversity during a course. Moreover, school authorities can recognize students who help others, and make their actions bold during ceremonies.
